All individuals under 16 years must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.1 Adult per 2 children. Children under 16 are not allowed in the gym.
All persons entering Health & Fitness Club do so at their own risk. We will not accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, fatality or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property.
All persons are required to wear appropriate clothing when using any of Health Club facilities. Proper swimwear must be worn at the pool and appropriate trainers must be worn in the gym must be worn at all times.
Lost locker keys must be reported to Management. Replacement keys will incur a standard administration charge of £25.
Guests are advised to undergo a medical examination or seek their doctor's consent prior to using the gym.
Diving, pushing, wrestling, ball playing, dunking, splashing or causing undue disturbance in and around the pool is prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Please book the class 24hrs in advance for a confirmed place, due to health and safety please arrive 5-10 min before the start of the class.
Ajala Spa Terms and Conditions

The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 16.
All the bookings must be guaranteed by credit card details.
We recommend to all guests to come at least 15minutes earlier for the treatment.
Guests spending more than 2 hours in treatment time within in the spa on the day of treatment gain complimentary access to the thermal suites including the pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi and are advised to arrive at least one hour before your scheduled appointment for optimum spa treatment benefits.
Upon arrival into the Spa you will be requested to complete a lifestyle questionnaire. If you have any health concerns please check at the time of booking to ensure that your chosen treatment is suitable.
Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Underwear must be worn during treatments or disposable underwear which can be requested from your therapist.

Cancellation policy:
Unless cancellations are made at least 24 hrs before any pre-booked treatment a cancellation charge will be made.

If a booking is re-booked for the same priced or higher priced treatment within 24 hrs of the original booking 50% credit may be available at the spa's discretion.
Vouchers:
All vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date. No cash alternative or refund is permitted.
