Exercise Classes

Group exercise is a fun and great way to stay motivated. Taking part in one of our fitness classes is a great way to improve your fitness, stick to an exercise routine and make friends!
We have a variety of classes to suit everyone's needs, from high-impact kickboxing to low-impact yoga. With a number of classes to choose from you'll never get bored!

Circuit

This class is specifically designed to improve core strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility.

Spinning

A great cardiovascular workout that uses stationary bikes to vary between resistances, accompanied by upbeat music! Indoor cycling burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) & offers an awesome aerobic workout.

Body Conditioning

A total body toning class, which uses studio equipment such as dumbbells, bars and resistance.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A 45 minute exercise class to music, working on toning up legs, bum and stomach areas.

G Pump

Full body workout powered to great intensity by uplifting music using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic step.

Pilates

Targeting the deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out. Re-balancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment, regular sessions help to re-shape and tone your body.

Ashtanga Yoga

A fast-paced, intense style yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Ashtanga practice is very physically demanding because of the constant movement from one pose to the next.

Vinyasa Yoga

A more vigorous style of yoga based on the performance of a series of poses called Sun Salutations, in which movement is matched to the breath.

Abs Blast

A short and effective session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso.

Abs Shaper

A 30 minute intensive session that focuses on toning and strengthening abdominal muscles.

Aquafit

Suitable for all ages and abilities, this class is a lot of fun and a great way to look after your body. Muscles will be toned and strengthened without the aches and pains of high-impact activities on land.

Body Sculpt

This class aims to shape and tone as well as improve strength, by using weights over a set number of repetitions that address particular muscle groups.

Kettlebells

Kettlebell training is an intense full-body workout that develops strength, flexibility and endurance. Lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body, and specifically the core, to contract as a group.

HIIT 30:30

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an exercise strategy that involves short periods of intense anaerobic exercise along with short recovery periods - 30 seconds of exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest.

Water Zumba

Burn calories, lose weight fast and have fun in the pool with a great aqua class that incorporates high intensity movements against water resistance. Splash and twist your way through an invigorating cardio-conditioning.

Corex

A workout focused on entire core strength and stability. You will build up a more stable, powerful abdomen and lower back, to improve fitness, straighten posture and get great abs.

Zumba Fit

An aerobic workout to lose weight, tone and shape up. This total-body workout combines high energy music with unique movement combinations.

Box Fit

A fitness workout which contains high-intensity cardiovascular training using combat moves. Box Fit is beneficial for weight loss and burns a large amount of calories. It improves your cardiovascular capacity.

Step Fit

A low impact class designed to work your heart & lungs for improved cardiovascular fitness. Using an adjustable step, you will be giving your lower body muscles a good workout: strengthening and toning your bottom, thighs & abdominal muscles.

Boot Camp

Boot camp is an army style class designed to build strength, fitness & tone through a variety of intense intervals. This class is typically conducted in a circuit format incorporating various bodyweight exercises & fitness equipment.
