All of our swimming pools are a real treat to dive into. With each club differing slightly we have something for everyone. Our luxury water-side facilities include stunning swimming pools, sauna and steam rooms, Jacuzzis, and exclusively to St. Paul's Health and Fitness Club a Turkish-style Hammam featuring heated laconium and tepidarium areas to ease and detoxify weary limbs.
Swimming is an excellent form of exercise that provides a full body workout. If done regularly, this form of exercise can strengthen the cardiovascular system, increase stamina, reduce stress and improve lung capacity whilst toning the upper and lower body.
